Usage is source-level

Usage is tracked for each source plan. This means Xero usage and HubSpot usage are separate. Users should review the selected source, current tier, connected account count, daily pull credits, and monthly data allowance before changing refresh frequency.

Provider allowance caveat: if another app, automation, integration, or user consumes the provider tenant's API quota, Datplan pulls may be limited before the Datplan tier allowance is fully used.

How to reduce allowance usage

  • Use incremental pulls where supported instead of repeated full pulls.
  • Reduce unnecessary scheduled refresh frequency.
  • Review connected accounts and remove those no longer needed.
  • Use full re-pulls only when local data appears stale, incomplete, or support advises a rebuild.
  • Move to a higher allowance if reporting volume increases.

Frequently asked questions

What does the Usage page show?

The Usage page shows source-level usage and limits. It includes the current source, tier, connected account count, daily credits used and remaining, monthly download usage and remaining, last sync information, and current usage period.

What should I do if usage is near a limit?

Open Usage and review the selected source. Check daily credits, monthly download usage, connected account count, and current tier. If the limit is reached, reduce refresh frequency, review connected accounts, or move to a higher allowance when available.

Do unused allowances roll over?

No. Unused monthly allowances, pull credits, and other usage allowances do not roll over.

Can source provider usage affect Datplan pulls?

Yes. Datplan tier allowances are subject to source provider limits and any provider allowance already used outside Datplan by other apps, automations, integrations, or users.

What does unlimited data rows mean?

Unlimited data rows means Datplan does not price the tier by a fixed row count. Pulls remain subject to the selected Datplan tier allowance, monthly data allowance, pull credits, connected-client allowance, and source provider limits.
